opens, you will complete an intensive
four-week training program designed to
make you an expert operator.
Training Includes:
Kitchen & Culinary Excellence: Hands-
on training in food preparation,
ordering, sanitation, and stock
management.
Staffing & Operations: Best practices
for day-to-day operations,
interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and
team leadership.
Financial Administration: Managing
back-end workflows, labour/ food cost
analysis, budgets, projections, and
cash procedures.
